I tend to, but it's not strictly necessary.

They bear their young live?

BitchGoddessD -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:19:02 PM)

They are found in Australia?

Aylee -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:25:55 PM)

Those are attributes, but not the commonality I am looking for.

beargonewild -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:26:51 PM)

nocturnal?

Aylee -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:27:39 PM)

No.

BitchGoddessD -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:31:19 PM)

their skins are used to make shoes, boots, belts?

Aylee -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:32:35 PM)

From a PLATYPUS????  You gotta be kidding me!

No.

BitchGoddessD -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:34:17 PM)

well....[8|]

dcnovice -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:35:52 PM)

They're all mentioned in Aussie versions of the Twelve Days of Christmas, fwtw.

Aylee -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:36:35 PM)

S'okay, Bear thinks that snakes are nocturnal.  [sm=rolleyes.gif]

dcnovice -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:38:41 PM)

Are they symbols of rugby teams?

some can be considered noctural ...sheesh.

dcnovice -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:41:42 PM)

I know: They're the emblems for the four houses at the Australian version of Hogwarts!

Aylee -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:41:49 PM)

I suppose that they might be, but that is not what I am looking for.  I barely know what rugby is, I think that it is REALLY mean soccer.

dcnovice -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:43:56 PM)

More like American football. Of course, I don't understand that either.

BitchGoddessD -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:55:05 PM)

They are in myths of aborigines?

Aylee -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 9:59:53 PM)

It is possible, but not what I am looking for.  However I do know that one of them had an impact on the male coming of age rituals of some aborigines.

BitchGoddessD -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 10:03:38 PM)

ok - think, think, think

BitchGoddessD -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/17/2008 10:07:16 PM)
