Nope. I'll tell you that you started out cold & you're getting colder . .. . .

Hehehe, & I thought I was being too easy for this crowd . .. . .

Things that are soft?

Things that you find comfort in?

DemonKia -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 1:32:11 AM)

Nope. Not really a personal list . . . .

dreamerdreaming -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 1:42:35 AM)

Things that you hold.

Things that you fill.

Stuffing. Inflating.

DemonKia -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 2:12:38 AM)

Nope. They're related to the commonalities of us, here on this site . . .. . .

*coughhintcough*

(& oops, I guess maybe I did make this harder than I meant . . . . Sorry, still getting the feel of this game . ... . *wry grin*)

dreamerdreaming -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 2:21:28 AM)

screen names or avatars?

age play?

furries?

adult babies?

DemonKia -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 2:24:50 AM)

Yeah, I was going for something like obscure BDSM play, or non-traditional kink, or stuff vanilla folk wouldn't recognize as fetishes, but I realized after the feedback processes that I'd made it too . . . . . slanted in a different direction . . . . Sorry. lol

Okay, your turn . . . . . .

dreamerdreaming -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 2:33:10 AM)

This one has a 5th to the grouping, but I'll give you the first four to begin with:

Dennis
Katrina
Rita
Stan

Oh come on, people. Katrina? Easy money.

DemonKia -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 3:01:36 AM)

Hurricanes?

offeredup -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 3:40:38 AM)

Dennis, Katrina, Rita and Stan all were names of major Atlantic and Gulf hurricans in 2005.  Remember, "Good job, Brownie!"? LOL.

dcnovice -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 7:03:13 AM)

Hurricane names that were retired?

dreamerdreaming -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 10:42:22 AM)

The last few posters got pieces of the answer. Put them together.

offeredup -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 10:49:09 AM)

Atlantic hurricanes from 2005 whose names have been retired?  {:o)

stella41b -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 10:51:08 AM)

Why is it whenever I come here there's some guy who's got something which is too hard for me?

dreamerdreaming -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 11:02:57 AM)

Mmkay stella41b,

I am a woman. I've always liked your posts, and been just generally an admirer of yours. So I won't take that personally. (BTW, what with the 41b? Just curious.)

I've just been posting quartets about things I like, here.

Offeredup, you got it! That means you get to post the next quartet.

dreamerdreaming -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 11:06:22 AM)

FYI....
The correct answer was hurricane names from 2005, that were retired. The 5th is Wilma, if memory serves.

Hurricane names cycle, but the really big, destructive ones have their names retired. Here is a link to this year's and future years' hurricane names. If you want to know the big ones whose names have been retired from year to year (hurricanes have only been named since 1953- before that they were described by their  locations) you can google retired hurricane names.

That's a new one. I'm used to women saying, "How come whenever I meet a guy he's got something that's too big for me?", but I've never heard anyone say anything about being too hard.

offeredup -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 11:17:12 AM)

Thank you. OK, ladies and gents, since i won that round here's my entry:

Summer,
Fall
Winter,
Spring...
The answer in this case is NOT the four seasons, but something else.
Hint: Think 1950s TV.

SteelofUtah -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 11:20:21 AM)

New Television Lineups...... on the 3 channels that could be seen.

offeredup -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (4/11/2009 11:49:46 AM)

So close and yet so far, SteelofUtah. Thanks.
I can't hang here right now. Too many things to do today, so i'm giving you and everyone the answer here and now and wishing you all good luck.
Take it form here, Steely!
Answer:
Princess Summer Fall Winter Spring was regular character on the popular 1950s TV puppet show, Howdy Doody Time!  (See if you can sing the theme song. LOL.)
