Yep, you do :) I prefer the older slaves. The younger ones are like puppies..Their energy level is like unbridled static electricity. It's very hard to get them to calm down because they want to try everything NOW!
The older guys have been there/done that. They LISTEN and appreciate instruction plus they can offer ideas because of past experiences. And by older I mean 50+.
I leave the young ones to the young ladies. I just don't have the patience.
