Status: offline 		Hello all. I feel like I've exceeded all opportunities at this website since I signed up in September. I've messaged just about every mistress in and around the NYC area, which I am located in, on this site and have had no luck. I was kind, sincere, honest, detailed, and almost everything a mistress could want in a potentially inquiring submissive.

Surely, the obvious choice would be to relocate, but that takes two things: (1) Money, (2) New Job. Neither come easy.

So I'm wondering if there are any other free sites that are like collarme.com where I can hopefully find a mistress who will give me a chance to prove the overlooked potential of a slave that I am?

Status: offline 		Even if there were another or superior free service I doubt you’d fare any better. Your nick, pic, post and profile all send a strong message that you are looking for someone to serve your kink. Mistresses (and Masters) are looking for people willing to serve Them.

Lurk, listen and learn. Ask yourself what you can do for a Mistress that might eventually inspire her to reward you.

I agree with what Zensee said....  & I will add this. The way you are going about it you aren't going to meet anyone anywhere if you expect immediate results. The only proven way to get immediate results would be to hire a pro... but wait, that would require money.

Status: offline 		I don't mind waiting more than 2 months, but it's just that I feel like I've reached a saturation point because I keep seeing the same people, so that had me concerned. I am willing to serve a mistress and am not looking to just satisfy my kink alone, mind you.

Status: offline 		Thing is, some people on here find someone quickly right here (Vamp and strob for example), many more dont find someone for a long, long time but wind up with someone here, and some here never find anyone.

Other thing is, real life works out generally better.

You need to redo your profile to convey more personality. Have a browse on collarme.com for Submissive Men actively seeking Dominant Women and you will find stacks of profiles very similar to yours. Everyone I know who works in sales or personal training or anything like that says that you should always try and "mirror" your customers, and it's probably a good idea here too. So have another look through the profiles of Dominant Women seeking Submissive Men, and think about making your profile more like theirs.

The fantasy that you write about is pretty generic, and it's almost certainly a waste of space to have in your profile. Remember that even if you're only after casual you'll be spending 10 times the amount of time chatting than you'll be spending playing (once you've done the whole anonymous thing once or twice it gets a bit shit). If you're going to talk about BDSM at all be clinical about it and put it as like a P.S. thing at the end of your profile. You can always mail a prospective Domme a check-list.

It might also be worth your while visiting a ProDomme once or twice to know how BDSM works for you. When you start meeting Dommes you'll be so grateful you did.

Good that you're getting active on the forums too. Look how many male Subs are on collarme.com and how few are on the forums. I wonder who's going to get picked first...

It depends on what you want. Are you looking for a quick fix for your fetish or to go on a journey deep into the wilds of human passion? Would you serve a Mistress expecting a specific reward or would you do so simply because She desired it of you? And which scene do you think would be more satisfying – the one you engineer (topping from below) or the one She gives you because you have pleased Her so much?

There's no right or wrong answer, just honest choices. Make sure your profile reflects that choice.

The OP was looking for free sites, though many sites are free to join, you have to pay in order to contact others or be able to have an uninhibited view of the full profile.

I wholeheartedly agree with the suggestion of getting involved with real time events & organizations. For goodness sake you are living in a town that most of us have to spend a great deal of money & make special arrangements with work & countless other details just to visit some of the places that you can easily show up to with nothing more than a meager cab fair to deal with.

Status: offline 		I would also reccomend getting involved in your local community. You seem sincere and level headed in your choice to try to find someone close to you and being where you are that should be an good option. I would reccomend changing your profile up and include more real information about yourself and lesss about the Mistress you want. The Misstress's you write to know who they are and want to know about you as a person.

Also I do not know how you wrote to them but if your letters were mostly the same, there is a saying that doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is a sign of something I forgot. I just think though at your age you would have a much better chance of impressing a Mistress in person then online. I wish you well.

I looked up female dominants in the state of New York and found that 124 had been on in the last 12 hours, and 310 had been on since the 14th.  I agree wtih everybody else though, this should be the parttime venue you use to find a dominant.  I imagine the lifestyle scene there is awesome.  It's like the rest of life, you gotta diversify, and know there is a lot of crap nestled between the flowers.

Status: offline 		To claim that you've tried everyone here is totally unbelievable.  i have to agree with the others who have suggested that two months here is trivial; it takes a lot of real work to meet people here, just like it does anywhere else.  You have to work actively in your search, and although you indicated that you messaged all of the Dommes around the NYC area, did you bother to completely read their profiles beforehand, noting the things that THEY like in the messages that you've sent to them?  You need to point to compatibilities that She and you have, based on Her profile.  I know that sometimes that is impossible, as i've seen a few profiles that indicate nothing more than the person is looking for a submissive male or submissive female.  i generally avoid those Females as i don't really want to get into guessing games.  i tell much about me; i'd like to know at least a little bit about the person that i am writing to before i do it. 

In my opinion, if the Domme can't be bothered with taking some time to just click off a few items in a checklist, then it is quite probable that She won't really spend any time getting to know me either.  (That is my opinion, and may not be true for all of those who provide little or no info about themselves; in some cases, it just might be that the person has just joined and simply hasn't found the time to complete the forms.)  On the other hand, those Dommes who have taken the time to go through the different categories that collarme provides, has to expect the same from me and other slaves who write to them.  i, for one, respect that; and consequently take quite a bit of time preparing a message to a Domme, so no two of my letters were ever the same.  It takes a lot more time to do that, but in the end, you are showing that you aren't part of the "dime a dozen" crowd.  And that really is a critical component in meeting someone new.  Remember the old line about first impressions...

Status: offline 		You should definately be getting out and getting involved in your local scene.  TES even has a group for those in your age bracket called TNG.  You can find info at www.tes.org (although I'm sure you've been over that site thoroughly).

You also have to remember that even if age is of no importance to you, it probably will be to the Dommes you contact - that's just the way it is.  If someone thinks you're too young for them (and many will), then do yourself a favor and don't argue with that.

Good point.  And on top of that, many of the same people who have profiles on Collarme also have them on Alt.com and Bondage.com, so I don't know how many new prospect's the OP would come across on those sites, anyway.
 
I agree with those who suggested getting involved in the real-time scene in your area.  Not only is it a good way to meet prospective Dommes, you will learn more about the lifestyle, meet new friends, and have a great time in the process.
