Feel it out with your thrapist and see what happens. I went to a Therapist when I was younger regarding this and as I begun to explain BDSM to her she hands me a pamphlet on abuse and mentions that such behavior would result in my being "withheld".

That was the last time I ever saw her.

Perhaps some have already broached this but...there are kink friendly therapists.
