A million dollars doesn't go very far in Jersey...starter homes start at about 400k. I'd buy a building lot in Pennsy, build a new home (you get so much more for your money when you build) I'd landscape my home, built in pool, great sound system throughout, game room, etc. I entertain a lot. I'd throw a big ass party and enjoy. Whatever was left over I'd add to the kiddie college funds. Now if you were talking multimillions...I'd have an oceanfront house in the Outer Banks. And a big party on the beach. [:)]

I had heard about a man who owned an deli in Philly. He had a sign at the counter that all orders must be placed in English - please. He said it was so that their would be less mistakes etc. There were protests to this, and I heard him say in one interview that it was his business and that he should be able to run it as he pleases .... and that if the city somehow forced him to take down the sign, he would close the resturant, and let the building (which he owned) stay empty until it became run down and added to the urban blight - just to spite them. He said that he had "F*** - You!" money and could afford to do this if he wanted. Okay, some have said that a million doesn't go far. ANd I reckon it doesn't. What would you do if you had "F-You!" money? I think I would buy a street in Atlantic city - the whole street mind you .... preferable St. Charles Place ..... and paint all the houses 'monopoly' green. fergus

Fuck you money? Easy..no family or friends would have a mortgage or have to worry about college tuition for their kids. I'd have that big ass oceanfront house with lots of friends over all the time. Charities would love me. There would be a brand spanking new ruby red Corvette in my driveway. My dad would be very comfortable and very close by me. He'd have his own place, but on my property because we are great friends and I really like him a lot. I would own something from one of the great masters..preferably Rembrandt, Vermeer or Michaelangelo.
