Hello, I have a question about nude pictures and the journal enteries that I see about nude pictures ?, I have been on collarme for awhile and have read my fair share of profiles and I don't understand why when people post nude pic's, why is it that they get upset when they recieve a nude picture. We are adults and when you post a nude picture as the adult you are why then get upset and vent in your journals about recieving nude pictures ..the best thing for that would be not to post them my thoughts alone

If they are recieving unsolicited nude pictures from people they dont know its a cause for being annoyed. Its like when I am asked to view someones cam on yahoo only to be confronted by an erect penis. Its disrespectful for that person to assume that I want to see that. Now having nude pictures on your profile is different, in my opinion, because its an adult forum and if you are going to scan profiles you should expect to come across a few nudes etc\ However if you are saying that people are sending you their nudes then objecting to it when you send them yours then that does suck. Personally when I first communicate with people and they want a picture or I decide to send a picture then I always ensure its not a nude. If people contact me asking for my nudes in exchange for theirs I usually refrain, as I am suspect they may be merely trying to build up a collection, for whatever purpose.

What I'm saying is that people post nude pictures on there profile ... but then get upset when people send them nude pictures via email .....why get upset if your exposing yourself to the world to see ... .. I feel that if your exposing yourself to the world why then say something about it when you get nude pictures........... take down the nude pictures and then maybe you want get emails with nude pictures .......I know that women probally get them all the time but those are people that have no maners

I havent seen many nude pictures on CM, I was under the impression that they dint alow many of them. There has been much complaining about that exact subject before. However, if someone posts a nude pic, it is an invitation to recieve one. Most of the people who bitch and complain about recieving nudes are the ones who get them ALL the time, unsolicited, while not inviting them. Perosnally, I hate it, i realy dont want to see a penis shot. Ive seen them before, and chances are there is nothing about yours tat is going to make me go WOW If you want to send a nude, best thing is to ask first. Someone interesed wil not say no, and someone disinterested wont block you for sending it without asking. DV

I was sure they didn't allow nudes on here either. On Alt you are stuck with them all the time, but one of the things I always liked on CM was that you didn't have to see that. Frankly, your penis (while a delight to you, I'm sure) is of no interest to me. Lady Seraphina

So that people understand me well I don't send nude pictures at all but I read the profiles all the time and have ran across a few nudes profiles and saw under there profiles in there journals how they dislike getting nude pictures via email

If someone sent me some nude pictures of them when I didnt ask for them to or didnt know them, I'd get real real annoyed. Having nudes on my profile is different, I am not forcing anyone to view them. But when you send someone nudes out of the blue and they open them, you are pretty much taking away their freedom to choose if they wish to view or not.

If you dont send nudes, and you arent the ones being mentioned in those journal entries, what does it matter? There are plenty of people who post pictures becasue they enjoy being looked at, but who dont want to recieve any pictures unsolicited. I dont object to a full body nude picture of someone nearly as much as I do a closeup of their genitals. Male or female, I dont want to see it.

Oh well, cant go on too much about nude pics, but I cant honestly say that ive ever received an unsolicited willy on my pc monitor either, but feel free to send me your offensive member and I will give you a mark out of 10 (im joking) [:D]. But the delete button is useful asfar as unwanted emails are concerned and the hide profile option is there for when you dont want to read those journals that upset you so much... so whats the problem? Im sure you will come across many more things that you find offensive in profiles and journals - the trick is to realise that its cyberland and let it wash over you. I was looking at your profile with interest Knowledge1, you say in your OP that you have been on CM for a while, although your joining date is showing as 2 days ago, also this is your first post - No offence intended, but this stinks of you coming on here to have a go at someone in particular, I could be very wrong and if so, then I apologise in advance but just sharing my thoughts. Anyway, hello to you and enjoy your first post!

In my opinion, getting unsolicited nude photos in email is no different than any other annoying email, if it's something one doesn't like...then delete...i seriously doubt a peek at an unsolicted penis is actually going to burn anyones retinas. It's all based on assumptions, much like the sender of initial emails like the ever popular...."on your knees" or "tell me why you are worthy to serve me" emails. These people apparently assume that, due to orientation, the recipiants are going to fall over themselves to comply. Same with nudes, people assume that because this website is geared towards alternate lifestyles and/or sexual practices, that a nude photo shouldn't be perceived as offensive. Something to think about in regards to nude photos on avatars. If one posts on the forums, and their avatar happens to be of a self nude variety , are they not also sending out nudes unsolicited? Just a thought. Personally i enjoy the nude human form...male or female, and save my indignation for things that actually influence my life in a negative way. [:)]

Actually I would probably get quite turned on by an unsolicited female nude picture, but then I am a Dom.and a bit of a perv....... [:D] But seriously, it surely falls into the same category as the "you will bend over and OBEY" kind of emails that Doms sometime send to subs. that they don't even know. Apart from being offensive and presumptuous, it doesn't work guys, try some subtlety instead.

Where are some of you people looking?? There are tons of nude pics on CM profiles. I think it sucks that they let women post them but not men. When you turn on a womans profile and see a nude pic is that pic solicited? I agree with the op. If you put it out there then dont bitch about getting it back. There is always the delet button. Why be a drama queen about it.

Well I think the main difference between the pic on a profile and one sent via email is that if you are going to view a profile you choose to do so, and if you come across a nude pic, then thats just par of the course. However when you recieve a pic via email thats an unexpected, uninvited intrusion. Not that it would bother me all that much, I would do as you say, use the delete button.

What i find funny, is the girls that post nudes and then write "Do not write me about my breasts...."... i just have to laugh... i even wrote this one girl who did such a thing and asked her "Why post the photo if you don't want ppl to comment on them?" she put me on ignor... "Here is your sign"...

Nude photos are great to look at but, I do not feel nude on a site like this is in good taste first of all. Second is this a site like many others for the public to join and just look for nudes and then harrass the ones that have them, or is this site designed for those of us in the life style and are serious about it (not picture browser's) To me the mind and personality is a lot more than a nude photo, nudes should be between two who have at least consented to share them. I see no reason for posting nudes. Something we all should understand is that so many steal the photos and post them on other sites or the reverse and the photos here may not be real anyway. Or just a male playing games. I feel respect between two is far more important than a photo. Remember, so many in the vanilla world see us as strange in our desires and by posting a nude can also open a girl or guy to trouble in the courts, if someone was to see the photo and use it against them in a custody battle over children. So my take on the nudes is yes they are nice but should be used in a proper manner not posted for all to see. But then is just my thoughs

Aileen your still in the princess stage. I think that your going to view the profile to see what a persons interest and what she is looking for are. If there is a pic on there nude or regular great. I sent nude pics out and got complaints that my hands were covering up what they wanted to see. It wasnt because im modest but you have to always leave them wanting more (wink).
