I've noticed ever since I've been online and doing the personals thing that it seems like you get many more reponses in the fall that at other times of the year.

Is it just me or do others have this also?  What is up with that?  Are people looking for someone to keep them warm during the cold winter months?

try under 60 degrees, then you have great weather for cuddling.

I use to joke around with my late Master that I think I go into heat in the fall....dunno why but I seem to be at my best (or worst depending on how you view it) in the fall...I just can't get enough

Cool and or cold weather is a great way to cause people to stay inside and be bored. So what do they do? They spend more time on the internet.

Anyhow, sociology studies have indicated that cooler weather leads to better moods.

In my case it's always been Spring.  For some reason they come out of the woodwork during Spring.

I love the cooler weather and it puts me in a better frame of mind. The summer heat just makes me grouchy and tired. Spring and Fall are the best time of year as far as I'm concerned. Its been rather warm here in the 60's, nice weather for a naked romp in the fallen leaves

Conceiving in the autumn is a good idea - when the child is born it will be late spring/early summer with plenty of food around in nature. I dont think Mother Nature had any idea we'd come up with storing food, worldwide logistics chains and trade to get around the seasonal cycle.

But hey, dont knock it. Anytime is a good time after all - least it would be for me!

Two weeks ago I did propose to a subfriend to investigate to bring new life to our former and extremely brief relationship.

Last weekend a pair of domme and her dominée inquired whether I would be interested in dominating them. That was a first! Of course I told them that I was interested, and then told them about my herpes virus and that I am not very dominant and some more negativity. Have to receive their reply yet. Do you think that I scared them off?

Seems to me for these few indications that fall is 'mating season'.

I agree with LE concerning the biology. Partly.

'Tis the "Holiday" season coming. Many are starting to feel the pressure to avoid being alone for the holidays.

I've noticed that this happens in the spring, but who would turn down an offer just because it was tendered in the fall?

That's the point I was going to make.  It's biological.

My responses doubled this fall from the rest of the year.
I got 4, but really, 2 of them shouldn't count....but i did get 'em
