On occasion i have gone to my local photo studio and had pics done for various family occasions etc. I decided i wanted some tasteful bdsm pics done so went to see if i could book some studio time with them. Despite doing what they call erotic photography they turned their noses up at doing my pics for me and i was told 'we dont do THOSE kind of photos'!! How rude is that and how cheap did i feel? [:@]

Good thing ya didn't go with those schmucks anyway, they wouldn't have had a discerning eye for the subject matter to be um...displayed and presented properly. weg Just laugh it off, and chalk it up to experience. *smile

I would have told them that I would be telling all my kinky friends about how they treated you, and also tell them the world is full of kinky people. It is one thing to be polite about refusing to do a service, it is another thing to be uppity about it, I would not take well to an uppity attitude for someone that had taken my money in the past... but that is just me.

Actually, hun if you were closer, I would take them for you. I used to take them professionally, and I have some erotic ones I have taken of friends. I hope to do it for a living someday, but we will see. I am sure I could take some nice ones of you, but then again, I would have a great subject to work with. Kasha

Check with a local club for a photographer. We have one not too terribly far from where i live and i have thought about contacting her to take some for Shhhhhhhh Sirs Christmas but who knows may not may just put a bow on instead and beg. Oh and btw i personally would not spend another single cent with that company. Would tell all my kinky friends and tell my vanilla friends something about their refusing to help you with special pics and were rude when asked. I for one do not tolerate that type of treatment easily and always share the info later with as many people as possible. It only takes one really bad review for someone to choose someone else to do their work. Oh and glad your self esteem was not damaged.
