I was asked by a pro domme friend the other day if I knew how much to charge for " online domination " and if it was profitable. Being a lifestyle domme myself I don't know.
Does anyone have any ideas ?

Are we talking pounds, euros, or dollars?  The answer will vary depending on the currency.

Some people make decent money from it.  But it really depends on what online services you would provide, your area availability, competition, and the general atmosphere of your clients what a decent rate would be. 

If you are a successful pro offline, I'd see no reason to change to the net.
