lol. Do not measure them when they are sagging, that is for sure. That will not give you an accurate measurement at all, although according to your measurement, you would be a DD or an E, depending on the make of the bra. You really should put a bra on first, then measure. If you want a full support bra, DD should be fine. If you want a demi, or a low cut, you would want a size bigger so you do not spill out all over the place.. [8D] Try the following link: http://www.additionelle.com/ae.cfm Click on fashion, then choose AE lingerie, then click "fit a bra" in the menu bar. That will help you out. My wife insists on getting the credit for this. I asked her for help to give you the proper info. She is a 40 DD herself and knows all about having bra issues. I do not know what her problem is, though. I think My hands work just fine.
