NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The Tennessee Titans need an experienced receiver to help Vince Young, and said Thursday they are interested in veteran Keyshawn Johnson
"There's mutual interest I'd say right now," coach Jeff Fisher said. "I think we'll probably look into the possibility of pursuing things. Where that goes, I can't tell you."

Worst to first: ranking the NFL off-seasons - Peter Shrager FOX Sports

And then there was May ... After three months of high-profile coaching changes, general manager switches, scouting combines, free-agent signings, cuts, waiver wire pickups, contract negotiations, franchise tags, draft stock rises, draft stock slips, trades, franchise tags, players who hate their franchise tags, and a whole lot of Brady Quinn talk — the busiest time of the 2007 off-season is finally behind us.  While there are certainly some loose ends still waiting to be tied up (ie. Trent Green, Lance Briggs, and Keyshawn's future), it's about that time. Yes, the time to rank the 2007 NFL off-seasons. 32 teams, 32 slots. Where'd your team finish up? Let's find out.

i don't think Keyshawn has lived up to his hype that he personally made.  He isn't the most outstanding receiver.  lmao i think Marvin Harrison is and has the stats to back it up without the mouth.

Ohh, Level.. wouldn't it be a beautiful thing if your Cowboys took him ? He'd be a fine addition and he and TO could try and get Vandy back.
Ahhhh, if only..........................

Sure, mb, and maybe we could coax Mark Gastineau and Ryan Leaf out of retirement......

Unfortunately, there will be no joy in Steeler land this year. A new coach is the least of  their problems. Steeler history clearly shows that without a power running game and  smash mouth defense they are at best average. We have far to many holes, it will be a long season in the burg. Oh well,  I've got a new copy of the 70's steeler dvd.

Level,
What was their rationale for making that comment?  Look at the stats.  Harrison isn't that old.  oh lawd i keep thinking about Manning's comments and i truly do not understand that.

No problem, minnetar. They don't go into statistical detail, but they talk about how his consistency matches Harrison, but because Harrison was already established, Wayne has been overlooked. It's a good article, but I don't see it online.

Level,
i am not sure how they can say that.  i think Manning has a basic comfort level with Harrison and how he runs his patterns.  They have been together for years.  You have two excellent receivers.  How do you determine who is better.  One thing is comfort level from a qb and i would think the other is stats.

Yes, a LB, but he had to go against those guys every day in practice, so he has intimate knowledge of them. And he said Peyton kinda smells funny.

Level,
So Cato spoke from a personal standpoint.  Doesn't the qb's feelings rank over that?
