Fuck them, they signed him after the first indicationsof trouble had arisen. He had been interviewed by homeland security agents concerning his ties to known drug dealers.Chicago signed him to a free agent deal anyway.
If they did their due diligence and signed him anyway they are reaping what they deserve...if they didn't than they are guilty of utter stupidity...either way they can not claim innocence here.

And, Kansas City won.

So did Carolina. Cam is only 17 yards shy of the rookie record. Panthers have lost for enough years that it entitles me to a tiny bit of bragging this year!

Looks like the '72 Dolphins are gonna celebrate again tonight.

BKSir -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 2:07:09 PM)

*sigh* Maybe THIS will be the wakeup call that the Pack's D needs. Freakin morons! Oh well, we still have homefield and first round bye, but as I've been saying all season, "Do we deserve it? Probably not." Today showed that no, no we don't.

BKSir -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 4:20:47 PM)

Uhm, one might suggest to Tebow that he may not want to take a sack for a loss of 29 yds. on 4th down. Just sayin'.

The 1972 Dolphins aren't the only ones celebrating tonight. I made a very stupid wager with a very obnoxious neighbor of mine who happens to be a Green Bay Packer fan. Courtesy of the Kansas City Chiefs I will not have to pay up *and* he has to take down his Packer flag on his front porch... for good. Thank you Kyle Orton.

Don't thank Orton. He didn't do much. The Green Bay Defense is who you should be thanking. >.<

Packers defense has been suspect all year. I give credit to the offensive line for this defeat though. The Chiefs sacked Rodgers 4 times . Hard to make good throws when you are on the run the entire game. 13-0 isn't bad. Bears at Lambeau Field on Christmas night.

tazzygirl -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 5:35:30 PM)

Defense seems to be the problem for a number of teams.

servantforuse -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 5:39:52 PM)

The Saints and Patriots also have their troubles on that side of the line.

BKSir -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 5:45:35 PM)

That's the whole thing right there though Tazzy. Defense isn't a problem for the Packers. A problem is something that exists, the Pack's defense isn't.

tazzygirl -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 6:04:40 PM)

I had heard the Chiefs are hard to beat at home. A few I know were heavily betting against the Pack's tonight simply because of that. I dont think this game is a defense issue. Maybe an ego problem?

barelynangel -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 6:11:19 PM)

And of course, Tennessee's pride and joy lost to the only team who couldn't beat anyone.

Holy shit! Indy DID win! Is Peyton back!? O.o

tazzygirl -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 6:17:25 PM)

Ouch!

barelynangel -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 6:19:22 PM)

I keep laughing because i am mean like that but they weren't just beat they were spanked!

servantforuse -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 6:24:07 PM)

SlveMke must be depressed tonight. Jets and Giants both lost today.

tazzygirl -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 6:25:35 PM)

7-7, 2nd in the AFC South... not something to sneeze at .... respectable in fact... lol... and better than the Panthers.

stef -> RE: NFL Sob or Jump for Joy (12/18/2011 10:54:11 PM)

Nothing boring about today's games, that's for sure.  The Eagles romp on the Jets, the Giants get embarrassed by the Redskins, the hapless Colts finally get their first win of the season and throw a monkey wrench into the Titan's chances for postseason play, the Packers blow their undefeated season by losing a stinker to the Kansas City Nobodys and the Pats take St. Tebow to the woodshed for a little lesson in humility.

Awesome  :)

And yet they both hold their respective playoff hopes in their own incapable hands. The Giants better hope those hands dont belong to Akeem Nicks, the Jets have the same fears about Santonio Holmes hands [:)]
Losing yesterday was the best thing that could happen for the Pack, perfection in this case was nothing but a distraction from the real goal. The Super Bowl is the prize, not the Miami Dolphins record.
