Ok preseason is over, so what are the predictions? Both for Superbowl winner *AND* who gets the #1 overall draft pick in April.

I say the Steelers have a good shot at the SB, and Buffalo to be picking first

Is good defense a thing of the past? Has football turned into an unstoppable aerial show? Is running the ball passe? These are the questions I ponder after seeing the Packers and Saints.

Love Darren Sproles.......

How many touchbacks were there?

J-E-T-S win the Super Bowl.Cincinnati gets the first pick.....unless they trade it away in another cheap franchise move

The Steelers make me want to cry right now... I mean, Ben is supposed to be doing the raping, this is just wrong.

Let me see if I understand this....I predict prior to the start of the season that the Jets,a team that lost the last two AFC championship games, will get over the hump and not only go to the Super Bowl but win it.....and you think that is reason for laughs and derision?
Please explain that.....if I had reversed those picks and said Cincinnati wins and the Jets pick first....that would have been funny. As it is my pick is as good as any other.
How aout those Colts....is it Manning that is injured...or is the whole damm team on IR?

I'd say Shittsburgh's chances at the SB went out the window, courtesy of Ray Lewis and Co.

Cleveland lost cause of stupid penalties and a fourth quarter meltdown This could either take 1-2 weeks to fix, or all season. Lets just wait and see.

ETA: Also, poor Andy Dalton. He's had two 300+lb D-linemen try to murder him in the last month

*sigh* You know, Jets... you may be a little more effective if you could get Sanchez to adjust his throws about 6" to his right, and if the rest of the offense could actually hold onto the ball. Just sayin'.

Is there such thing as Kentucky Windage when it comes to throwing a football, by the way?

LOL, I like you. ;)
Also, Ben... really? Are you unsure what colour jerseys your guys were wearing today? Not that I hate the Steelers. I don't. I even kind of like them (just a little bit)... enough to cheer for them sometimes. But they didn't deserve to win today, playing like that. Not even that the ravens won the game, per se, but more that the steelers lost it.

Admittedly, Ray Lewis was a monster out there...I feel bad for any offense having to face him.

It really was just a bad game. I hope they get their asses reemed out, especially the normally legendary defense. And then come back strong next week.
Atleast the cowboys game is turning out great.
Win or lose, it's a hell of a fun time to watch.

Jets sure did look good.....even if they gave me a heart attack in the way they went about it.....lol.Sanchez had a nice night,as long as he learned something about holding onto the ball too long and too low.Romo is the gift that keeps on giving,if you are a New Yorker....lol.
Best game of the weekend

Ditto on the Jets game. If they can keep that sort of momentum and come out and play 60 minutes every week like they did tonight they should be a contender. That was a fun game game to watch.

Jets offense struggled against a fairly weak secondary in Dallas. Dallas special teams, and the inexperienced center, along with keeping Dez Bryant in the game clearly injured cost them the W. Jets defense is looking a little shaky with thier secondary giving up seval big passing plays that clearly should have been broken up. Lots of mistackles by Dallas on defense. Both teams have work to do. One of the better games this weekend. Then again it is only the first game of the season; so not terribly revealing.
