... that so many subs would just kow tow (yes, that was spelled correctly) to their wishes.

So few Dommes understand that the men they really wish would serve them had a spine..and when they do (have one that is), they want to find a way to manipulate them into some other being.

It reminds me of a woman getting married;

She comes in, all in splendor...the first thing she see's as the doors unfold is the aisle....then the altar...then you...

And all she can think of as she approaches the place where you stand and her former life ends is...."aisle....altar....you....aisle...alter...you....I'll...alter...you...

And so it begins.

I dont know about your "so many" but I refuse to be served by someone without a spine. If tey mindlessly kowtow to everything I want, they get boring immediately. But maybe thats just me, I prefer a personality and a touch of a bratty streak which means he can speak his mind as long as he keeps his place. It has been working brilliantly for me.

Broad sweaping statements are usually made by people who are dissatisfied and/or angry. I am sorry that you are having a hard time.

Often, we, as people, try really hard to change other people into what we want because we are furiously trying to avoid looking inside and seeing what we need to change there.

I agree with this. If my sub was spineless I wouldn't want him, if he didn't speak his mind (respectfully of course)I'd be bored to tears with him. I love his humor and his personality, we have a great time together. So No robots for me.
