And now that you mention plastic surgery, although I don't think any plastic would be needed in this case, I would not mind smaller tata's, nature was farrrrrrrrrrrr tooooo generous. If I had the $$ I would definately have them made smaller.

If you have health insurance and they are actually causing you issues (migraines and such) you CAN get them reduced without much cost to you. My best friend is seeing a doctor right now about it because her breasts are too large for her frame and they cause a lot of stress to her back and cause her migraines.

About the topic at hand though... I have two tattoos and my nostril peirced. I ADORE tattoos, especially when they are in a hidden place.. so much fun to discover! I have to agree though, too many makes you look like a comic book, and they should have a deep, personal meaning to you in order to not regret them later.
I don't like getting peirced as much as I like getting tattooed (there's the rarely seen masochist side of me[;)]) but I like (most of them) are not permanent, so you don't usually have to worry about regretting them when you are 40. I do love my peircing though, I think it gives me a kind of "exotic" look!

I just always think of what it all will look like when I'm 85.

I see the "free spirits" of my 70's generation now becoming 60 and I tell you.... it's not all that attractive

The little butterfly on the ankle is starting to be obscured by the  legs that look like sagging support hose.  The ones that are now stretching a bit as the "bat wing" flab begins on the upper arm.

Although we do not think of this when we are younger and say ".. hey- I could die tomorrow- just do it".

There is always the possibility that you will LIVE :)

Oh, I've thought extensively on what it'll look like when I'm older. If I take care of myself, and my tattoo, it'll look just fine.
I've seen men who were 65 with large pieces on their arm and it looked like it was freshly done on someone in their twenties.

It all depends on your environment, and if you give a shit about that 150 dollar (or more) tattoo on your body.

Piercings? Well I don't mind them as long as they aren't nipple rings or clitoris it's just a turn off in my opinion - tattoos? I loooooove them![:D]

and tongue..ah no they aint really my thing either..

I am 44 and just got two new ones this year, i have one on my arm that is 28 years old and thanks to the skills of the artist looks just as good today. I think it depends on where you put them (that rose on your boob WILL be a LONNNGGGG stem rose eventually) and how well you take care of yourself.
