I have 2 tattoos at the moment (I am planning to get full arm sleeves, and a beautiful back piece to tie everything together..and more then likely something for my chest (not breasts, mind you)), and definately want more. I also have 7 piercings. Tongue, VCH (Vertical Clit Hood), and 5 in my ears (all lobe, and all stretched). I'm not quite into piercings as much as tattoos, and I feel excessive piercings just hide the natural beauty of a person. Piercings can also enhance what they have, but I rather keep piercings to a minimum, and covered by clothes (It gives people a surprise when they take your clothing off and they're greeted by jewelry LOL)... But tattoos...I love. As long as they are tasteful, have a meaning, and are done nicely. Tattoos are what body art is about...It's beautiful. I've seen teenagers cover their arms and backs with tattoos of bands and stupid little cartoon characters, and I've talked to adults who did that when they were a teen and regretted it completely. I get asked a lot if I regret my tattoos, and I know for a fact I will never regret them. My tattoos have special meanings to them, and I plan on getting more. When I can afford it, I'm going to be getting a tribute to my deceased child over my heart. (Miscarried August 29th) I have a tribute to my living child on my right shoulder, and "Mother Nature" on my forearm. Mother Nature - My reason for being here and surviving. ---- To each their own, and if someone doesn't like me for who I am - Piercings and Tattoos and All - then they're not someone that I'd care to be around. --- Do what YOU think is right for YOU. Make sure you research it greatly, and do a design that will not bleed together, fade too quickly, and take care of it. And well-taken care of tattoo is just as good as a well-designed one. :) Bmezine.com is a good website that teaches a LOT about piercings and tattoos and what to do to take care of them. They're a lifesaver.
