Well, here's what I've managed to throw together for under $1000 in materials, plus maybe another $2000 in toys that were purchased. Of course I (or my subs) do all the carpentry/painting/etc. ourselves, and I'm good with leather an upholstry. I'm still planning and working on my cage, so maybe another $300.... all I can afford right now http://www.fantasyfoundproductions.com/dungeonpix/ The boxes on the shelves contain a huge collection of dildos, butt plugs, anal beads, nipple clips and clamps, cupping set, etc.
Upstairs in the romance suite I have a 3-person jacuzzi whirpool tub, and a bed decorated out with satin sheets, and candles everywhere.
As for the 80000 well, make it 800,000 and......... large open expanse of land with a garden maze, barm, horses, and a stone castle (with all the modern wiring and comforts of course. etc.
