WE = Women's Entertainment

I don't think I get this channel, but some of those stories sound interesting.  There's one about sex trade.

Its not a British series is it? I'm sure we had something like this on a year or so ago.

I have watched shows like this on the Real Sex series, I think on Bravo.
Most I have seen allude to a lot and show very little, or at the most very brief glimpses of any action.

You should live in Holland seeks. There was a programme here which was discussing BDSM with couples and just as I was getting bored they showed one of the women bent over a bench and her arse getting a good whipping from a man (not her partner) who was sporting a mighty fine erection. There were other sundry shots of one woman eating from a dog bowl. One woman begging her partner for a bit of cock. The list goes on. The action was filmed by fixed cameras placed in the houses of the subjects so sometimes the camera angles weren't the best but I cracked open a beer and gave it a little of my time. More comical than anything though but this sort of stuff is always comical if you are just a passive observer.

The best one I have seen was the documentary a few years ago. Some Brit journalist spent a week in a pro NY femdom house, filming not only the antics going on, but also interviewing the women working there. What struck me most was the sadness of these pro-dommes - they couldnt seem to make a life outside the house. Some seemed to have definite psychological issues but others just didnt seem able to form normal relationships with men. I'm sure this isnt the case with all pro-dommes, but it really made me wonder. Some were clearly there just to earn money, and it wasnt in their nature to be dommes, but even those one could say did have that nature, still seemed so unhappy and unfulfilled once whatever session it was, was over.

The best bit was probably at the end, when the ladies chased the Brit journalist into a backroom, tied him down and showed him what is they do, on a more personal basis! The poor guy tried to maintain civility, but I could see he was absolutely terrified!

This is a re-run I saw  the first time around, recorded it and have watched it with scene friends.  The general consensus was that it is not a good representation of a real / good Ds - bdsm relationship.  The show itself shows different women doing different things, but the "slave" ( in fact if you go the web page it is the one pictured in the thumbnail) is married to a vanilla man and is collared to her "Master".  The husband knows about it and knows the Master and trusts him and all is well and good you mght say.  Except that the three kids who live at home all know about it as well!  The son is "an adult" so whatever .... but, there is a really mixed up, angry 18 year old daughter and an 11 year old very curious daughter.  The slave keeps saying she does not talk about it in front of the 11 year old ... in front of the 11 year old.  The slave says she keeps whips and toys hanging up on the back of the bedroom door.  Now, she goes to the Doms home for play, so why doesnt he keep the toys?  Do any of you know an 11 year old who would not be curious and look when mom isn't around?  We do know couples who are not both into bdsm and have agreed the bdsm partner can play and so on, but to flaunt it in front of a young girl is just bad.  Plus when you listen to the 18 year old, she is very mad at her mom, and very confused about it all.  This "slave" just flaunts it all in front of her kids and her kid's friends (at one point the girl says she has to try and explain her mom's bruises when friends come over ... the mom has bruises all over and runs around in shorts and tank tops in front of any and everyone.)  What she does is her business and that's fine. but to involve your kids who are forming their own ideas and are even too young to be hearing about their mom's escapades it just isn't a good thing, at least that's mho.
