i work in the production end of adult videos (as well as website design/graphics) and a large part of the rule about mixing sex with BDSM is more of a CYA (cover yur ass) thing...that was until recently when the gov really began to get over involved AGAIN. In alot of cases the reason behind not including the two together is the whole OBSCENE thing and the fact that it's viewed differently from area to area. So if Joe Schmo in BFE,Nowhere finds video "S" obscene and it's in a local video store then it will have to be pulled from the shelves and the company and distributor of it can be held responsible for breaking the obscenity law. This being said, alot of adult companies err on the side of caution because they can't afford to be dragged into court because Farmer Joe thought their stuff was obscene. They push it as being a law but from all of the higher mucky mucks i've spoken to it really isn't an actual LAW.

That was what I thought it was , I had ask someone in the industry years ago and they could not say it was a law but just something not done anymore , self censoring to avoid more goverment control. I know there were many arrest recently in North Florida for various charges related to making and selling amateur porn . I think legally the only place you can produce any porn is L.A. by law it is legal there, anywhere else you are taking a chance being at the mercy law enforcement and local goverment.

I'm guessing production is legal in New York as well. One of the big fetish video companies, Bizzare IIRC, was in NYC and did their production there. Also IIRC the way it works in California is that it is legal to pay the actors to allow themselves to be filmed but technically you can't pay them for having sex as that would be pandering. I'm basing that off a partially remember interview with some porn director. The reality show one perhaps?

From all i have learned it isn't necessarily legal in NY, the information i have is that L.A. county is the only place to legally shoot it, but, NY may either turn a blind eye to it or allow for permits. I also know of other places that will allow it if you obtain the proper paperwork and permits.

actully somtimes simply foreplay enough and fun Spanking is very fun, or just hugging really of course sex always more fun. But the other stuff is good to just do that sometimes.
