Pacifiers are bad for the teeth. I don't like them, personally. My baby daughter has never had a pacifier (or a sippy cup) and never will.

In an attempt to clarify my point of view on what i said....about my Daddy being naturally equipped with a pacifier/lolipop....i said that it was just a nice visual after reading the OPs post and i added a" [:)]" at the end.i was being a little silly.

erm, maybe i am really strange here, BUT... yes, i have felt like a baby sometimes and slithered down in the bed and used Him as a pacifier.  i really love to be able to do that for hours and not have to interrupt it with the swelling issue, so the only time it really works as a pacifier is after the swelling thing has been dealt with appropriately.  <grins>

Pacifiers are bad for the teeth. My Daddy/Master has paid dearly for me to have a nice smile. I know he wouldnt allow me to do something like suck on a pacifier, or get a tongue peircing (i asked) - because of the potential for long term tooth damage.
