Canada In Calgary there is a by-law that is still on the books that requires businesses within the city to provide rails for tying up horses. What is weird about this? lol I can't understand why people think us Canucks are rather umm err heh unsophisticated.

Im thinking because nowadays most people do not get around via horse. Even those of you living 'up north' :p

What's wrong with hitchin' rails in front of businesses?!? Kansas used to have a law (until recently) that all cars must have a 50ft rope attached to the rear bumper to aid other drivers to judge stopping distance.

I think there would have to be room for lots of people in that stockade. another site had posted that an AZ law states no more than 2 dildos per house.... we have more than that where I live :D
