I believe it is related to the number of posts that you have on the CM forums. I've looked around for something in the TOS/Admin Announcements that explains it, but haven't found it. That's my best guess.

Correct. As you post, your rating becomes kinkier. But they watch for the kind of posts a person would make just to up the tally. Sunny
