Okay, so i log into collarme to check messages. i've gotten some strange messages before, from trolls, idiots, stupid people, and people who don't read my profile. i've gotten messages from people asking the strangest and most outlandish things. i figured nothing would suprise me anymore. That was, until i saw a single message sitting in my inbox. Want to know what it said?

"Then get off this site."

*imitates Michelle from Full House* How rude! So just because i'm collared, i'm not allowed on the site? Apparently you're not allowed to stay on the site to make friends. *shakes head* Anyone else ever had random troll messages like that? Or is that a majority feeling? Personally, i don't get it.

I'm so sorry you received something like that but we can not attest to another members parents lack of basic social graces not being taught in the home.   Of course you can be here to gather information and talk to friends.  Now I personally always like to look at the lack of profile that such a neanderthal would leave such a message.  From my experiance they have only been on here for a day or two, which that in its self says a lot. 
I myself have read your profile and would look to a person such as yourself for guidance being new to this myself and you with the lasting experiance. 
I wish you luck and would not put anymore thought into what they have said other then they should maybe be your friend and learn what its all about since they apparently have no idea.

I've had people message me asking why I'm on here if I'm not looking, but sheesh, at least they've been polite. [:'(] I got another one yesterday that said basically "we're a couple and live in so-and-so, state, do you play medical? we kinda like you," when the first thing on my profile is that I'm collared and very happy, and bolded right after that is not looking. Some people's ignorance, stupidity and rudeness amazes me. I can be thankful at least that I haven't been messaged with 'tits or GTFO' like on 4chan! [:D]

Everyone has a right to be on this site.  I have found and learned some very good ideas from people here.  There are times that I really appreciated what different people have said on different subjects.  When I come across a profile that said  "Not Looking"  I know I just have to look else where.  I do think of how lucky they are to have found someone.

Sure, probably the majority on the other side are looking for something (Close run thing between those looking and those playing at looking IMO). But there are also many just looking for info, or for frienship, or even just here for the forums. The site is set up to accomidate ALL those, the admin WANT all those and if someone has a problem with that, its their problem no-one elses.

Nope nope.. absolutely not.. this is a site for those of us who are looking.. by being here you are simply taking up bandwidth and making it harder for the rest of us cause the trolls aren't looking at us with such a keen eye.. hmm wait.. never mind, feel free to stick around. [:D]

There have been numerous threads started by folks (mostly doms) who thought that if you were collared you should close down your profile and leave cm. Basically to facilitate their own search for a sub/slave because reading a profile is too much work.

Yes i received an invitation to get to know a dom and when i replied that i was collared not once but twice he said i should delete my profile. Funny thing is here is the opening line on my profile;

"I am a slave owned by the House Phoenix Risen"

And the first line of my journal as well;

"I am twicehappy because i am twice owned. I literally have the best of both worlds, one of each, a Master and a Mistress"

Silly me i guess i should have made it plainer.

I have an answer to someone who writes this. Next time say something back to them like:

"Well, you do have a right to your opionion. Sir. Now here's mine. If I get off this site because simply you don't like that I am here, I will be depriving the hundreds of thousands of other CM members the potential fabulosity of my startingly insightful wisdom and my wickedly funny sense of humor. So - that's hundreds of thousands of people potentially benefitting from my online presence, vs. one person, who says he definitely will not miss me (you). What's fair about that? And as a Dominant, I would hope you'd be particularly concerned about things like leadership and fairness. So - I think you should take a poll of them all, and get back to me. How is next Thursday looking for you? "

*If they are a male Dominant. Guess I assumed that they were,(since you're a submissive)  but if not, just change the "role" to fit. If you're in the right mood, answering mail like this can sometimes actually be fun!

There is someone on this site that has a signature line that goes something like this:

"For those who talk about me behind my back, thank you for making me the center of your universe"

This is most likely a very bad paraphrase but maybe the response to these people should be... "I am here so you can look at me and adore me from afar. Thank you for making me the center of YOUR universe for this brief time" <grins>
