Well, if you insist on being with a Jew instead of a shiksa, then Texas is already probably the worst state you could choose to be in. Narrow the field more, and you're really asking for a tough time.
However, if you are open at all to being with a shiksa, there isn't much of a problem.
There's no bisexual polyamorous switch community that I know of around here either (in fact I suspect we're the only switches in the capital area), but that hasn't stopped me from meeting people and going out to events.

In the Austin area at least, there are a few parties a month, a few socials and a few special interest group meetings. In fact this weekend, the local group is having their big annual bash as a 3 day weekend outdoor event.
And there are groups in San Antonio, Dallas and Houston as well.
