Was this a mistake on google's part?
1- Go to www.Google.com

2- Type in Failure

3- Look at it the first listing and laugh at what comes up first

4- Tell other people before the people at Google fix it

It's not something to be fixed or not.  As far as I know, they use a complicated algorithm to sort by relevance, which might be capable of being affected by people spamming certain things (I'm speculating seems likely though).  It'll probably change with time and not by being fixed.  It is still a bit funny though.
