Yep...it was lose the weight or be dead in 5 years. I figured I still have at least 20 or so good more years and there are sooo many bottoms to redden.

And yes...I do feel better. It's nice to be able to walk down the drive to the mailbox and not have to take a nap afterwards.=P

Now I need to moderate my exercise. I don't feel like another hernia operation from overdoing it.

It's also so much fun to clothes shop now too. As for the shoes...I've never owned so many pairs. First time in my life i've wore heels over 2 inches. Everytime the mall has a sale I'm the first in line when the doors open.
