FelinePersuasion -> The book Reclaiming your desire 4 keys to finding your lost libido. (8/7/2006 10:34:23 PM)

Ok so they keep refering to women who once apon a time had a great libido and lost it. Where does that leave women who never had a libido.

My whole entire adult sex life I have never had much of a regular libido or regular sex drive. I did years ago when it was inapropriate to have one cause of my years long experince with sexual molestation, but as an adult nope.

So these books for helping women who've experinced libido and liked sex, but maybe somehow it just  lost, great, but where does it leave women who never had any libido to speak of.

i never really had a libido to speak of, until He and i began having sex. i still don't have a very big sex drive. i mean, i can get in the mood if He's in the mood or something, but i am just beginning to actually desire sex on any sort of regular basis. i think it's mostly a matter of finding a partner with whom you click really well sexually, and breaking down whatever those walls are that have kept you from having a libido. because it exists, it's just always been really hidden. :) before Him i had never really enjoyed sex; i always pretty much dissociated during sex. so it wasn't just about desiring sex, it was about finding sex pleasurable, actually having an orgasm for the love of god, and figuring out a whole lot of stuff about myself sexually. all of that is really interconnected, i think.

I thought I posted this before but maybe I didn't.

This book aproaches the topic with a holistic aproach, mos just focus on the sex part, but this one is supposed to take into account all things, one quote I like is they say a pychee  can build up little wounds that affect long term.
