UK and EU laws have changed recently. I would probably bore you if I went into them. The UK has two different laws that deal with what we can say or cannot say on the internet. They will be along the lines of supporting or encouraging terrorism and hate crimes. With Elon Musk X and what he said at the protest rally in London on live Video screen there a debate whether he fell foul of the terror laws.

Lucy Connolly, 42, whose husband serves on Northampton Town Council, pleaded guilty in September after posting the expletive-ridden message on X the day three girls were stabbed to death in July 2024.
Connolly, from Northampton, called for "mass deportation now" and urged her followers on X to "set fire" to hotels housing asylum seekers.
She was released from HMP Peterborough earlier after she was handed a 31-month prison sentence in October at Birmingham Crown Court.
Connolly was freed from prison at the automatic release point of her custodial sentence, after serving 40% of her term in prison.

That one is newish. Because the PA were proscribed a terror group recently in seriously flawed circumstances people get arrested for holding up signs that support them or their cause.
But I will use one of them as an example. Suppose someone hates Trans, Straight's, immigrants, that should not be defined as a hate crime. The problem with moderation is some mods are bending those for their own purposes.
What I don't like about X's etc of the world is the source lies. And most of that is amplified further by bots who now how to manipulate the algorithm. Most of that bullshit originates in Russia, Israel, China, North Korea, Iran.

The point I am really making here is there will be a grey area. if that is true because it was correctly interpret as meeting that criteria then moderation is okayish but even then they should be removing that one fucking comment. Not that you did anything wrong R and your comment should have stood.
If it happens often, to easily and biased easily, you get pissed off, aggrieved, angry, and more so when you have no recourse to appeal.

With your particular case they probably wont but they really should because you got banned simply because your face didnt fit in that group

I cannot help but wonder how many American's died needlessly because they were Vax deniers and how many they killed by spreading that info an their virus arounds.
