In October of last year Abby continually criticized Trump for "politicizing" the Harris/Biden Admin's response to Hurricane Helene. Tonight, while speaking about the floods in Texas, Abby said that if not for the DOGE spending cuts, "somebody's child could have been saved." This is Abby Phillip. This is CNN. True.
