Yep. 7 years they had to consider a plan. All those silly votes to repeal (and "replace") it, and when they finally had the chance, they had nothing. Why? It was never about fixing health care -- it was always about denying it. It was even a centerpiece of the "Ryan Plan" going around 2011-2012, which was, essentially, to cut Medicaid/Medicare. He's had a hard on for this since, apparently, college.

Quite frankly, I don't think it really would of made a difference. The gop was inept then and just showed it is now. Other than the middle class & the poor, it cant even agree on what else it hates.
