snorts I did read it, ALL of it, and a five word"synopsis is really is pathetic tiny minded and disingenuous, but im not surprised just bemused.

Lucy I quit reading at the Appendixes. Glad you read them all. Bottom line is that Powell admitted he fucked up. Hillary didn't admit it, denied that she broke the rules (whether purposefully or not) and was found to have fucked up. Bottom line, no BS. They both fucked up. Albright, Kerry and Rice were cleared. Each was evaluated with the rules at the time they were in office. The ofences that they each fucked up was not important. It all boiled down to the fact that they fucked up. I didn't list the Ambassador to Kenya because no one has ever brought him up before that I am aware of and isn't really important to the overall discussion of Clinton/Trump campaign as far as I can determine.

LOL No Lucy All I said was she fucked up. Same with Powell. Didn't need to go any farther. You can, that is your choice. I did find the read interesting, I think it may help, not necessarily 100% stop, such actions in the near future. But when you cut thru the BS, they just fucked up. Not blaming one over the other. Didn't really want to go into degree or blame for other actions. Bottom line - They fucked up.

Oh you did In post 6 That was in response to post 5 where I took it as your dissatisfaction to post 1 which indicated that both Powell and Hillary both fucked up. Not picking on either one. Not trying to single out either one. I seriously doubt you could find a more bi-partisan (so to speak) comment on the board. Powell was a Republican, Hillary was a Democrat at the time of their service as Secretary of State. I take it that you might be unhappy with the OIG's report on Clinton. Sorry to hear it. I am neither happy nor unhappy. I like it when facts come out. But when trying to put in as few words as possible to a report that outlines the messup's of both these individuals therre isn't really much more that needs to be said. Tell me, what did you think of the 25 questions that she is going to have to answer under oath? I thought that, even tho they came out the day before the OIG Report, they followed it pretty closely. Made me wonder if Judicial Watch got an advance copy of the OIG report. Have no clue if they did, Probably not. But none the less made me wonder.

Nope Im not at all upset at the OIG report about Hillary specifically. Small potatoes. I much prefer Secs. of State who know that a real 'high' crime is being committed at the highest levels of the exec. branch, has deep knowledge of all of the plays and players, engages in the cover-up, lies to the special prosecutor, still goes un-indicted and then...gets the presidential medal of freedom. See George Shultz/Iran contra. I am telling you kinkroids, that is knowing how to play the game. The above is mere partisan child's play by comparison.
