Maybe. Depending on the "mistake" in question, I personally would attempt to work things out with them first. Keep in mind, that in the case of not-so scruplulous (or, on occasion perhaps justified, God forbid, circumstances, submissives can also, and have, had Dominants arrested for things like assault). So I consider it a wash. Being a good submissive is no piece of cake at times, maybe, but then it sounds like (to me) that being a good Dominant/Domme or Master/Mistress requires some clear dedication as well.

Because we are not held to "fairness" within these relationships. We do not have the same rules and standards for each partner. We are not in egalitarian relationships. One partner makes and enforces the rules, the other follows them.

We are equal *people*, we have equal *responsibilities*, but we are not *egalitarian* by any means.
