princessmika -> Hello from Princess Mika ^_~ (1/26/2016 1:05:56 PM)

Hello Collar Space! ^_^

My name is Princess Mika! Although I've been a Princess all my life, it's only since this grand new year of 2016 that I decided to make it internet official and launch my clip stores. So far, it's been an exciting journey and I was especially happy to find this community!

I look forward to interacting with everyone, gaining new perspectives, learning, discussing, and everything else!

Welcome to the site.

It would be nice if you could verify yourself to the community you can do so here http://www.collarspace.com/featured.asp
it is entirely optional but as you are asking for cash afford the community decorum and note whilst 50% of the fin dommes/people are who they claim the other 50% are scammers. I speak for me, a wee but of the community and not whoever owns the site.

dreamlady -> RE: Hello from Princess Mika ^_~ (3/3/2016 1:32:00 PM)

Wickeds, I don't see why anybody here should feel compelled to verify themselves to users-at-large. I know that authenticity is a big thing with you, but this should be a personal matter between individuals.

I'll just touch upon two things, one related to this site, and one not. I have a friend (we've since lost touch, but there's no expiration date on friendship) who cam-verifies everybody at the onset. She got sick & tired of being contacted by so many "fakes," mostly by (what she alleged were) maleDoms posing as lesbians. She had come to the conclusion that approximately 60% of her on-line dealings were actually with men. As a matter of fact, she once said that she could only really be sure that I (and we'd never cammed cuz I don't do that) and one other person she exchanged messages with were actually females, and I didn't count because I liked boys. [:D]

Once (or twice) when I told her <apologies in advance for forthcoming TMI> about having been let down to find out that a promising sub with whom I had had high hopes turned out to be *clears throat* undersized. She thereupon suggested emphatically that I "make" them drop their drawers and cam-verify themselves early on. We had a good laugh about that, I agreed laughingly that I should start doing that, but she was being dead serious.
(Just for the record, I do not do this, but I may have to implement such a policy in the near future to save myself from wasting time in meeting unsuitably endowed subs. [:o] )

As for a vanilla dating site I had joined a few years ago for about a year or so, it was a free option as part of membership to verify yourself, which I did. Turns out, I must have been one of a handful who ever bothered to do so because every single profile I got matched with (that's how they do things on that site, they bring your matches to you and you are not allowed to go searching on your own), was not Verisigned. Not. One. Single. Profile. To this day, I still don't know why nobody else seemed to make the effort since it was a free service, but ever since then, I don't put much stock in making the playing field even less level where somebody else has 10 times more personal info to go on about me than I do about them, and I'm waiting for them to play catch-up while they can't manage to make it to the starting gate.

@princessmika, you're more than welcome and the feeling is mutual. Feel free to do whatever you feel comfortable in doing, at whatever pace you want. Males here are especially wary of running across fake female profiles or being contacting by men posing as women, which is why I rarely initiate contact with any men on CS unless it is a forum poster relating to his post, and just on a friendly basis because nobody has anything of any import to lose. Most of them don't have their photos up either, and it's a non-issue, being basically none of my business whether they are who they purport to be in cyberspace. Btw, this site doesn't automatically update ages either, so I just assume by default that everybody's age is x amount of years greater than their join year date.

I'd be happy to verify myself to the community. I was unaware that this was even an option. I will look into this and get it uploaded ^_^

Also, I want to state that I am not asking for cash from anyone. I just happen to be a professional domme.

Thanks so much :)

I agree that verifying your identity is important, especially when on a dating field. Webcams are great for that initially, haha.

I did my best to be clear about why I was here. That said, I don't mind verifying I am who I say I am. It's natural to be weary of anyone on the internet.

"I just happen to be a professional domme."

Sure you are. You're 23, looking for others to pay your way through life and you don't meet anyone. [sm=happy-smiley58.gif]

This comment could not be more incorrect.

You don't know me and I don't think it's fair nor right for you to make these assumptions about me. I find this whole post to be completely disrespectful.

I do meet others. I just choose not to do so, from an online environment.

I work very hard to earn my living and am certainly not looking for others to pay my way through life.

MsLadySue -> RE: Hello from Princess Mika ^_~ (3/19/2016 11:01:41 PM)

You're one of many females on here looking to get paid to show their body and tell men what to do online. Doesn't make you a professional domme.

And you're supposedly an authority on what makes a professional Domme or not? Don't be bitter and just let her do her thing, it's not like she's shoving it down your throat and forcing you to express your opinion on the matter. Live and let live. Who cares in the end? At least she isn't being incredibly arrogant and superior toward everyone, those people I feel are completely worthy of being ridiculed. Someone simply expressing an excitement to delve deeper into one part of the BDSM community? Considerably less so.

This is also not correct. This is taken directly from my profile, as to why I'm here:

"- I am here to broaden my horizons by reading other people's perspectives and learning all that I can. This is done via the forums, in a group environment, as oppose to a one-on-one interaction.

- I am also here to share my perspective on topics as well and *hopefully* prove that not all findommes deserve a bad reputation."

I already get paid enough with my clip store business that I am not on this forum to acquire more clients. I consider myself a professional domme because I make my entire living from making my clips. I do my best to came across as a respectable professional.

I wanted to follow up with you. I did go ahead and upload another photo with a sign to my profile but I keep receiving the following error when I click on "feature photo":

CDO.Message.1 error '80040213'

The transport failed to connect to the server.

/500.asp, line 111

Hopefully, just having the sign up on my profile is enough but, if it's recommended I feature it, just let me know.

I hope this helps to verify my identity! :) Do let me know!

Thank you for the support :) I do look forward to diving in ~
