If a judge goes to jail for contempt do they put him in general population? Would there be any justice putting him with people he may have sent to prison or jail before?

Regardless of how influential or power one was on the 'out side' of prison, they are placed according to certain factors. The prison has to make a reasonable level of security and safety for all individuals. This is often not possible. So the prison has to do the best it can, given the resources it has.

Maybe that judge, if sent to prison, will get some insight to how people live that he sentences....

I don't know if this has been mentioned but a judge in Oregon has refused to do weddings on the same grounds, the Supreme Court wants the government out of the marraige business.

I heard of a Quaker whom denied issuing out firearm permits because they were a pacifist. To which I would state to the individual: "If you can not perform the duty that is required, why are you in this job?".

Given that he would be a clerk in a quaker district who exactly would be asking for a "firearm permit"?[8|]
