It's just a hold on the holding off of certain deportations. The lawsuit will continue. That is where the fight really is. This ruling means nothing to the overall question of whether or not Obama's immigration EO is Constitutional.

I agree that it's better to not allow something to be implemented while it's validity is challenged. Just makes things messier if it's deemed invalid. If it's deemed valid, it's just a delay on implementation.

A circuit court of appeal held the injunction, saying that they had enough legal issues to sue the fed.

Did any dipshit on the face of this earth think this will not go to the SC the minute the exec order was signed?

Some of you have missed a great deal of other media coverage. And many SCOTUS decisions. I think this is a cakewalk for Obama.

I read a couple articles. I think it showed that Republican's are more open minded when they challenge their own so to speak.

Actually it wasn't an executive order. If I read it right it was an executive memo. People call them executive orders because people don't understand the different types of executive action
