I'm with you on separating insurance and providers being owned by the same corporation. I've been saying it for years.

That's a reference to a Single-Payer bill. How does that end the privatization of healthcare?

I do not mean to be insulting at all. I assume you know what is Single Payer is, and perhaps pasted the wrong link?
