Sexual trauma, medical illness, injury or treatments or something less dramatic, like a lousy lover. As I said, irrational and vague communication = using "frigid" as an insult.

Lastly, if anyone is going to use the word, "cunt," as a derogatory term and doesn't want to embarrass themselves, then do some research into the origins of the word so you know what you are saying. It's a compliment!
