As far as "goal".....Just the usual.....try to eat right and get back to working out. Someday I dream of being a "single digit" size.....dream....dream...dream....

But....Besides that, 2014 has been a year with a LOT of changes for me, and I am planning on bringing all these changes together to make some dramatic changes

-- From 1996 to mid 2013, I didn't have my driver's license. This summer I finally got a car. This has opened a million doors for me that weren't there for so long.
-- Late last year I met a great Dom that I have been developing a relationship with. If things continue to progress, I will be moving to FLORIDA!!!! ....If things go as planned, that move will be around April or May
-- Once I get to Florida....I will setting things up to get into nursing school in September.

So there you go....i have goals in health/fitness, mobility, home location, love life, education, career and financial situation. How's that for "goals"? [sm=banana.gif]

Usually I don't do goals for the new year, mainly because if/when I let them slide I feel badly. But I think this year I'm going to try again with just a few hopefully manageable ones.

Learning to let go of things, particularly about family stuff.

Quit smoking... again.

Be more social/less shy/more outgoing, perhaps even venture into the local BDSM scene because I want more friends.

What about you?

I love New Year's resolutions. I definitely have some goals.

1. I want to try to remember to send cards for my birthdays in my family. Nobody does anymore, but I still think it's nice. But I've gotten out of the habit.

2. I want to learn to cook scrumptious, sinful, decadent Paleo meals so that the next round of winter holidays don't have me off the rails and craving bad food just because I want to indulge.

3. We're getting married this year. (And we will no longer be on separate continents!) So I suppose having a meaningful and fun day for that is really at the top of my list of goals.

[:)]

~~Happy~~

Oh hey a huge congratulations on your upcoming wedding! That is happy news!

Thank you! I'm annoyingly chipper about it to everyone around me. Yep. I'm one of those.

You should be, this is a very happy time in your life. Potentially chaotic if you're planning a big wedding, but happy. Yay! [:D]

Mine is to get off my rear and start using all the fancy photography equipment I have accumulated over the last few years. To start another shot at the Milky Way.

Butch

You should see the Milky Way up on Mauna Kea

Its awe inspiring

Myself, I have a hobby that has the potential to grow into a great new career that I am working to hone, and I also intend to do more serious photography with my fantastic little Canon Rebel

Wow Sanity that's gorgeous! Good luck with your goal for 2015

Blonderfluff -> RE: Do you have 2015 goals? (12/29/2014 4:00:28 PM)

I don't really make New Year goals...but 2015 I will be turning 50...and I'm planning on making it a great year.

I've quit smoking (4 months ago)
Going to run my first half Marathon late Spring
Running a Warrior Dash (this makes me scared to death!!).

I have a few other (scary) bucket list things for this year...but none are definite yet.

"Do less than I did last year".

(Which isn't a stretch).

I only have 1992 goals, but I'm hoping, if I get into enough games, I will have 2015 goals by this time, next year.

Happy New Year to everyone who isn't a [deleted by Michael]!!!

Michael

What did you delete??

< nosy, curious etc

How do people know if they are a _______ or not? So many questions!

I'm not telling. I stated all my honest Holiday wishes in another thread (which I won't share here).

Now, I will give an honest answer:

I really don't have many goals because I've achieved a lot of the things I wanted to, already.

Having said that, I don't think we should ever become to stagnant so, one of my goals is to keep trying to better myself.

My condition makes bettering myself, physically, an almost impossible goal but I am getting more physically active to try to "hold sway" against the effects.

I have gone back to school but I won't be finishing my degree, this year. I guess you could say: I'm going to continue working toward it (One fucking "B" will fuck my whole higher education career. Screw that professor!)

And then, the big one; which I have no clue how to accomplish is to get to some semblance of healing. I'm not holding my breath.

Michael

Don't be scared. Warrior Dashes are so much fun. We do one every year at work to raise money for a charity. It is so worth it!

As for my goals...

1. To be better than last year. Be a better wife, person, employee, etc....
2. To not go off the rails with my eating during next year's holidays. It doesn't even pay off, especially when you get sick.
3. To continue to enjoy every good moment and even some of the bad ones that come my way. You never know when you will no longer have the opportunity.

Great choices impy. A word though, as with everyone's resolutions be careful not to beat yourself up, people slip we're all human. Good luck!

Great shot Sanity... I have one I took in Missouri at an old mill but with a lot more light pollution...and a slow lens that required a lot of noise reduction.

That's only 23 more goals. Snipers have 40 a year...easy. Blackmail the coach.

OH, if you mean personal goals, make more money, have more fun, play more pool and of course...have more kinky sex.

I know for me it will definitely be a challenge for me!!! [sm=rantint.gif]

Realistic for me is subjective.

I'd rather eat popcorn.

Get more sleep, lose some weight, win the lottery.

Now, if the kids would just quit buying me candy...
