The OP doesn't seem to be in the thread anymore, I wish she was because I have to believe that what she's looking for is entirely doable and the community could have a discussion about profile tweaking, I think those conversations are often quite productive.
If you separate kinky bottoms and pushovers from submissives, that perceived disparity you mentioned suddenly starts to vanish. If you further reduce that to just those looking for committed relationships, while having other reasonable requirements, the dating pool for most lifestyle dommes isn't amazing.
I mean, when the term mistress is used in a vanilla context, it's referring to the woman a man cheats on his wife with. A woman he mostly uses for sex. In vanilla and BDSM, men tend to use a mistress as a brief escape from their lives. These are the women that get the most false promises and are often spoiled, but at the end of the day, they're rarely given emotional intimacy nor cuddles. Too often, they're left without any love.
