Welcome to the boards.
Other than pay-for-play, the general consensus is most dommes have no need or desire for online-only relationships. We are inundated with real-life guys who are willing to come over to help us with our yard and home, take us to dinner, and happily nestle in our arms during the wee small hours of the night.
YMMV. It's possible there are exceptions, but I don't know of any.
Also, be apprised there are many 'dommes' online who are males posing as females. If that's acceptable to you, you will have much better luck with the online thing. Be very careful what you do online, as any photos/videos/chat can be made permanently public to anyone with an internet connection.
Your best bet would be to find a local group/munch/event closest to you and introduce yourself to your community. Get to know them as people; volunteer at events and be helpful to everyone there. You will soon have friends which could lead to the kind of relationship you'd like to have.
