How do I make a official complaint about a member

It depends on which side of the site (collarme or collarchat). If it's collarme (the profiles side), then go to the front page, scroll down to the bottom and you'll find a button in blue labelled 'support'. Click that and send a message. This will go straight to admin. If it's a problem message, click on 'report message' underneath the message, and give any relevant details.
