Justice can never be established but nor can the fight be abandoned.

Justice means that a person receives according to his actions.

It is currently being extended to mean according to who you are. There are some elements of that I agree with, many I don't.

Justice without equality is a form of class segregation. But the Founders were so terrified of the French Revolution they dare not include Equality.

Perhaps, but I find your quick post unpersuasive.

People losing their heads to guillotines - both in France and (figuratively) England was good reason to fear the excesses of the mob.

Personally, I find the idea that ideal is equality under the law. No amount of pretense can alter the fact that each man will have different abilities. It is pretence and sham to suggest that equal outcomes is desirable.

3 & 4 ) The idea of defense back in the 18th century is much, much different than it is today. They never handle to deal with frakking, trainwrecks with horrible chemicals contained, or the threat of nuclear annihilation. The depth of ideas and concepts is well beyond the simple minds of those in the 18th century. .

Perhaps you do not know just exactly how offensive that is to many people.
The idea that the founders were "simple minds" just boggles the mind.

After I took another breath and read the rest of what you wrote I was willing to take a step back. But the constitutional convention was probably the greatest assemblage of political minds, ever.

I'll bite back the rest of my commentary.

no one has suggested equal outcomes (as desireable as they are) is the focus of their thought, and certainly laughable to consider equality in law as in their minds for other than rich white men.
