i do a lot of my paperwork from home, so i have about 11 tabs open all the time and check into various networking sites to kill/deliberately waste time. i've noticed that this site seems to be busiest during peak work/office hours in the united states, so i'm curious if y'all are posting from work or what? i have unfettered internet access at work but everything is monitored and this is one of the sites i'd be awfully squeamish about checking from the office.

I own two companies and run them from our home, so I'm usually working and come on here when it's slow.

I work part time from home and I also homeschool my youngest child. I come and go through here multiple times a day depending on what I'm doing.

I'm on disability, so my job is to be a grouchy old geezer critter in chronic pain, thus making life miserable for those young whipper snappers who ask stupid questions about color tv when I was a kid, and teenagers who have no clue as to how to dress properly for going out in public.

I used to be on a lot during the day when I owned a small real estate brokerage but I went back into chemistry and don't post during the day.

I am a live in 24/5 with very little to do for most of my time here. Plenty of time to come here and do other things as long as I do what I am suppose to do when it is needed. This is my Ipad and the wifi is mine.

At my previous job I ran the place. I pretty much did whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. I was able to be on here a lot more due to lack of anything else to do. The owner just purely didn't care. Last winter I decided I needed to challenge myself. I was bored and wanted a change. I got it, in ways I had not imagined. Now, I don't have time to get online during work. I often don't have time away from work either. It's fabulous.

I've been banished to the salt mines, so I frequently lack communication with the outside world altogether. So no, I don't post from work (not that I'm so busy that I couldn't).

er, no, never. I would be fired in a heartbeat on the spot. Every tiny detail is logged and monitored. I also work from home on some days but I have a work laptop which is also monitored in the same way. I only ever post in the day when I have the day off and I'm using my personal computer. Otherwise, my posts are not until after 4pm est. These days I'm lucky if I make it on to here a few days a week.

Before I started working though and I wasn't working, I was on here at all different times because I had the free time on my hands. I just don't have that issue anymore though. [&o]
