The choices are:

Die Hard
Die hard 2
Lethal Weapon
Kiss Kiss bang bang
the ice harvest
the last boy scout....

I didn't remember that "Gremlins" had a Christmas theme, and have requested it via my library system, along with "Religulous."

There are several movies about this. I'm guessing, if the movie you are talking about was made in the 30's, you are talking about "All Quiet on the Western Front."

There is also "Joyeoux Noel" made in 2005 but that's in French. "A Midnight Clear" is a fictional account from World Warr II.

I've only seen the last of those but it is very well done.

Status: offline 		I try to avoid the B&W movies...but I do love Last Holiday and some of the movies on the Hallmark Channel. One of the movies has a romantic twist (the New York ad CEO fell in love with his houseshare mate's sister, the other guy fell in love with the CEO's assistant).
