i'm not sure how to reach a mod about a tech issue. who should i talk to about the fact that i am currently getting 8 character verification strings when i try to post a journal entry? the entry form will absolutely only accept 6 letter strings so it is now impossible to post my very important words on the other side!

If you go back over to your profile and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, there's a link to contact Support. Click that and it will let you email someone who handles tech stuff on that side.
