It certainly is. In my cultural tradition, we add eating grilled meat, and it is called a barbeque. We do it a lot more often than once a year, though. New Year's Day is the next one on the schedule.

Tonight I finished a fortnight or so's round of IV antibiotics, which I learned to administer at home. (New resume skill?)

As I gratefully gathered up all the spare equipment, one of my first thoughts was, "Hey, anybody need a Festivus pole?" [:)]
