Woohoo - its almost freezing and raining here in Arkansas - and i'm loving it! It was too bloody hot and humid here this summer. I love winter and warm beds and cold bedrooms. [:D]

It is in the low teens here in the Milwaukee area. 2 inches of snow this morning. 20 degrees below normal...

50's-60's for the highs, middle 30's for the lows. Our coldest weather comes in early December, and we normally get a week or so of overnight lows into the teens with that.

Mild and damp as usual here in soggy England, but I'm spending Christmas in Sweden where 28C below isn't unusual. (That's -18.5F in old money.) We tramp through woods that look more like Christmas cards than any real place should, and come back to a blazing log fire and hot tea.

We had a bitter cold snap a few days ago. It's above freezing now but not by much. Should warm up to the 60s and 70s before we get the next snow.

I'll be joining your misery in MI soon. It has been nice in Kansas - the winters aren't near as long. It's cold here now, but Michigan air almost has an arctic feel to it, especially when you try to breath it in.
