Exactly! That was a question on a brain teaser program, and most were like uh 2? or something like that, when the correct answer was Noah, not moses. they explained that most people just hear ark and animals, and their mind blanks on the actual name that was used.

I have heard a few jokes like that before. I believe the whole Noah's ark story is like a fairy tale so draw your own conclusions......I do remember a funny cartoon I copied from someone..perhaps from a profile here on collarme....Thanks to whoever I copied it from.

Ok, I'm going to be a partypooper. The story of Noah was most likely a localized flood in the fertile valley of Mesopotamia and Noah was most likely a farmer or some such who knew the signs of storms, floods, droughts, etc....

But because the rest of the world was unknown to them, to them it was a cataclysmic worldwide flood. To them, their area WAS the world.

OMG, I looked all over for that cartoon for another thread a long time ago. I never could find it. Thanks for posting this, I loved that one.
