did you know, i used to admin a site like this very one in the mid 90's?
did you know, the owner used it to blackmail people?
did you know, i left that bad situation before it got worse?
did you know, the same reason moderators don't use personal pictures is the same reason I don't reveal anything?

That's not why I called bullshit. I called bullshit because I live in a much more difficult location than you (which you already know because you've already been to My profile) and I manage just fine. I'm more than familiar with only being able to go to lifestyle related gatherings that are hours away. I've got shitty night vision and I live in Alaska, so I travel less in the winters and more in the summers. In the meantime, the last three months, I've had people travel to Me and spend time here at least three out of four weekends every month.

If I lived where you lived, you'd never find Me here complaining about what I couldn't do. I'd just be doing it.

Status: offline 		Being from a very small town in SE Texas, you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a church ( my parents are the pastor and Sunday school teacher of one of them). I'm just not understanding why you are coming to a kink site to complain about these things. Sites like this and many others encourage us to be ourselves.

That being said, the churches are not bothering me at all. They don't come knocking on my door telling me how to live and I definitely do not tell them how to live. Some of the most gracious people I have ever met have strong religious values.

And I am a private person. I am not one to start crusades on these types of things or tell the whole world that I like a kinky lifestyle. I can admire people who do but that's just me. I have enough on my plate just taking care of my own day to day existence.

I've actually had a nutjob try to call the Chaplin here, trying to cause problems. The caller has been trying to use various avenues to get people to believe My husband is abusing Me. We went the whole three blocks to see the gentleman, proof in hand that the allegations were false. Never had a problem with the church again.


Edited to add - I'm not the only person on the forums who has had an experience with the church called. I'll be happy to provide that info if anyone needs a link on the other side.

I was born and raised in SC, I have lived outside of SC but always wanted to come back home.

The United states is 3.79 million square miles, if no one is holding a gun to your head, has incarcerated you, or has otherwise prevented you from leaving the south. Then I say Leave! There must be some place in all that other million plus square miles that you would like.

I have often told Yankees if they would leave and promise never to return to the south for any reason I would pay for the moving truck!

Status: offline 		Thank you for all your responses to my various posts on here. Now my wife sees how underhanded am manipulative dommes really are since she knows what we are going through and agrees I have posted concisely.

BTW, the owner of that blackmailing site was arrested, tried, and convicted. She is now "happily" married to a mayor in a county over. So don't tell me how to solve problems when you have never put your career and future on the line to do whats right.

Dude, I have put my career on the line, my future and even my life to do what is right. I have succeeded and failed on various occasions.

I have also sold a house at a loss to move to a more hospitable area, sold a business and broke even. You dont fight the battles you can win, you fight the battles that need fought.

There are people on these boards that have gone through hell and came out like roadkill on twenty miles of bad road, they dusted themselves off and started over. Never once did they blame the place they lived, or make excuses as to why they could not do this or that.

It is not the state, the government of the state or the country that is totally responsible for anything, since barring violation of parole or probation there is nothing really keeping us tied to a location.

Part of me hates my home town with a passion, but I grew up here, this is home, and when the years of accumulated wear and tear on this body finally caught up to me, I gave up a sloop I was restoring and came home. I could not physically do the work I chose as a career, and there really is no consultant work in that field.

In the ten years since my return I have worked as much as I can on a piece of property in a remote part of the county to build a home, bought another piece of property close to town so it is convenient to shopping with my sister so she has a place to live, and got involved in rescuing pit bulls and wolf hybrid dogs.
